Giardini joined Weyerhaeuser in 1994 as legal counsel and served as assistant general counsel before becoming vice president and general counsel in 2006. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Simon Fraser University, a law degree from the University of British Columbia, and a master’s degree in law from Trinity Hall at the University of Cambridge in England. Giardini is licensed to practice law in both British Columbia and Ontario and has been admitted to practice as an in-house counsel in the State of Washington.
